We will refund any unopened resalable products which are brought back within 30 days of purchase. A receipt must be provided for a full refund. Unopened items may also be exchanged. NO refunds or exchanges will be provided for opened products.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
Confirmations & Cancellations: We make every effort to remind you of your reservation prior to your scheduled date. However, you must inform us if you're unable to keep your reservation. We understand that plans can change and we will gladly assist you in making changes to your scheduled reservation date and time.
- For single-service reservations (less than one-hour in length), we accept cancellations without penalty up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled reservation date and time.
- For single-person multi-service reservations totaling more than one-hour in length, we accept cancellations without penalty up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled reservation date and time.
- For group or multi-person reservations, we accept cancellations up to 5 days prior to your scheduled reservation date and time.
By scheduling a reservation with us, you agree that we have your permission to charge your credit card or gift-card 50% of the estimated cost of your reservation or $25 per hour (or portion thereof) of scheduled services if you cancel your reservation prior to these requirements as noted above and 100% of the estimated cost of your service(s) for reservations where you fail to check-in for or complete your reservation as scheduled without providing prior notice of cancellation within the time periods as noted above.
Group Reservations: Deposit and Payment requirements for group reservations (two or more persons) require it to be guaranteed by a valid major credit card or with a gift card that has sufficient funds to cover the cost of the entire reservation. Unless other payment arrangements are agreed upon your credit card will be charged a deposit of 50% of the estimated cost of the reservation with the balance due upon checkout. Cancellations will be accepted without any penalty up to seven (7) days prior to your reservation. Cancellation requests made between seven (7) days and 48 hours before your scheduled reservation will incur a cancellation fee equal to the amount of the initial deposit. Any cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled group reservation or multiple service reservation are not permitted and will incur a forfeiture of the entire cost of the group reservation. Changes to your Group Reservation are permitted without penalty, subject to availability, up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled date and time.
