The Spaaah Shop & Day Spa began in 2004 in a store front in Durango. We have been in our current location since 2006 at 934 Main Avenue, Durango, Colorado. Connie and Richard Imig purchased the business in November of 2010 and are excited with your help, to nurture this vibrant enterprise into the future.

We're excited to bring positive energy and relaxation to YOUR life. We have a full menu of spa treatments you can customize to meet your specific needs, from massage and facials to waxing and nails. They're all designed for your personal satisfaction and pleasure.

Privacy Policy
We hate telemarketers as much as you do. We will never sell
your information to any third party, and we will keep your
information safe. The Spaaah Shop team is a very dedicated
and honest group of people.

Shipping
We do not view shipping as a profit center. We will analyze the
most efficient and cost effective way to ship your product. To
the best of our ability we will provide pass through shipping
charges, meaning you pay what we pay.

Refunds
We will refund any unopened resalable products in full via
check. You just pay the cost of shipping back to us. We will
replace any damaged items, and we will pay the cost of
shipping. We will issue a store credit for returned purchases
that are opened and/or used.

Appointment Cancellation Policy
Credit cards will be taken to hold appointments, no charge
Cancel within 24 hours to avoid any charge
Cancellation under 24 hours 50% Charge
Cancellation under 3 hours or No Show is 100% Charge
